Big Green chillies- 6 - Washed and Slit from between
Gram flour/Besan - 4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – ¾ tsp
Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp
Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
Turmeric podwer – ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 3 tsp

Method
Slit the green chillies such that the chilli does not split into two pieces. De seed it if you don’t want it to be spicy. I did not as I like it to be hot n spicy.
For Stuffing

Method
Slit the green chillies such that the chilli does not split into two pieces. De seed it if you don’t want it to be spicy. I did not as I like it to be hot n spicy.
For Stuffing
Take a pan. Heat 1 tsp oil. Add
besan, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder,
turmeric powder and salt. Roast it a bit till you start getting the aroma. Do not burn it.

Now, stuff the chillies with the besan mixture made above.
Take a shallow and wide pan (I used a non stick one).
Add 2 tsp oil in the pan and once it is hot, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Slowly add stuffed chillies in it one by one. Shallow fry them till the chillies are done. Do not overcook them. Serve hot.
