This mutton fry is made with minimal ingredients and it tasted just Wow!!! I never thought that a non veg dish can turn out to be so tasty with such less ingredients in it.
Ingredients
Mutton – ¾ Kg
Oil – 3 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp (Use less if you don’t want it to be too spicy)
Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp (I used two whole pods for it)
Onion – 1 (Ground into fine paste)
Salt
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method
Heat oil in a pressure pan. Add red chilli powder, garlic paste and onion paste. Saute till oil separates. Add salt and check for seasoning. Add mutton and fry it well till the water from mutton gets evaporated and oil separates. Add around one cup water and pressure cook till done. Once cooked open the lid and cook on high flame so that the extra water reduces. Take off the heat. Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
