Well this dosa is one of my favorites I learnt making this from my mil. It gives a beautiful aroma while cooking. The dosa isn't sweet but the flavour of jack fruit is very evident. Try this variation and am sure you will appreciate it.
Ingredient
Plain Dosa batter – 2 cups
Jack fruit pieces – 5 (if they are huge use 4)
Salt

Deseed the jack fruit and grind it in a mixer. Add it to the
plain dosa batter. Add some salt. Give it a good mix. Heat a non stick griddle (Tava). Take a ladle
full of batter and pour it on the tava. Spread the batter is circular manner.
Sprinkle some oil. Cook till it turns golden brown. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
My Notes
My Notes
ü
Do not add too much of jack fruit as the batter
will get sticky and it becomes difficult to take it out from the Tava.
ü Cook it on low to medium flame. It becomes brown too soon if the flame is on high.
